My Biggest Challenge

Building a very good team in Brazil does not mean only doing what is expected. My real challenge is  exceeding expectations in QAT.

By being pro-active, I believe that we will bring more projects to the Brazil team, requiring new jobs and new opportunities – this is my main motivation: opening positions for young developers, showing a good professional life to them.

Leading a team is not like dealing with a computer. Even though I am experienced manager, I know that it requires daily attention.  We need to actively lead our team every day, generating confidence and trustability, in order to make the team fully motivated.

This is my biggest challenge for me: exceeding expectations. This is why I am with QAT.
